Random Thoughts
I heard a great quote today, which went something like, 'even if you win at the rat race, you are still only a rat'. The context was to view yourself more in line with your spiritual being, and be less concerned with the day to day things that so often have the power to consume. Today I am going to let my small cares go and connect to that place of pure quiet and remind myself that I am a vessel of that divine energy.

Meditation
Spend a few moments breathing deeply, eyes closed, calming your mind. Bring yourself to a place of absolute calm and peace. Feel that you are immersed in light, completely protected and safe.

When you are ready, you step through a door to a place of absolute quiet, absolute stillness and you bring yourself in line with that stillness. It is not an emptiness though, it is filled with love, light, the infinite spirit of which you are a part. In the silence you are able to quiet and release all of your cares about this moment, aligning with the infinite. You are able to see and feel yourself as timeless, limitless, expansive and whole.

When you are ready, you bring your consciousness back to the place you are and bringing your sense of connection to the infinite within yourself with you, allowing it to lead and guide you to all the places that you will go in your day.

Random Thoughts
I am not sure what to write about tonight, so I think I will just think about a meditation to let everything go and just completely relax. That would be a great way to end the week!

Meditation
Spend a few moments breathing deeply, eyes closed, calming your mind. Bring yourself to a place of absolute calm and peace. Feel that you are immersed in light, completely protected and safe.

Imagine that you open a door and you step into a room where there is a beautiful bed, and when you climb into it, you cannot believe how comfortable you are. It is as if every bit of stress, worry, pain, sorrow or anything else that is troubling you is lifted from you and you are in a state of complete bliss, complete peace, complete gratitude and complete and deep love.

When you are ready, you bring your consciousness back to the place you are and bringing your balance with you - restored and refreshed. Or perhaps you just stay there, and drift into a deep sleep!

Random Thoughts
Today I am powerfully thinking about balance - and how to find it with fewer extremes. What I mean is that I seem to operate in extremes a lot of the time - super busy or super relaxed, immersed in technology or hands in the earth with my seeds and small plants. I need to be reminded that I can strike balance by moving more toward the middle too; More days that are spent in balance. That is my goal for the day.

I would also like to hold out huge energy for my brother today. May everything go the way he needs it to go.

Meditation
Spend a few moments breathing deeply, eyes closed, calming your mind. Bring yourself to a place of absolute calm and peace. Feel that you are immersed in light, completely protected and safe.

Imagine that you open a door and you step into a room where, listed on a big chart, is everything that you would like to do in your life. You are able to move them around, in order of priority until your life is in perfect balance. You are able to remove things that you would like to remove permanently, or just put them to the side. When you are finished you feel the immediate change in your life.

When you are ready, you bring your consciousness back to the place you are and bringing your balance with you - and a profound sense of peace.

Random Thoughts
I haven't had the best day. Work has been tricky and I need to figure out what to do about it and yet it all feels hard to figure out right now. There are days like this, I know, and part of me just wants to wallow in it, but what I mostly want to do is figure out if: 1) I am making a mountain out of a molehill (entirely possible), or 2) I am experiencing a natural discomfort in order to propel me forward. Whatever the truth of it, I want to see the situation clearly today - and what I should do about it, even if the answer is just to wait and see.

Meditation
Spend a few moments breathing deeply, eyes closed, calming your mind. Bring yourself to a place of absolute calm and peace. Feel that you are immersed in light, completely protected and safe.

Imagine that you open a door and you step into a room with a table in the centre of it, and on that table is a set of scales. The scales are capable of weighing anything, any consequences, any outcome against another. As you change the objects that you put onto the scales, you see how those choices would play out in your life until you find the right combination; the one that creates perfect balance.

When you are ready, you bring your consciousness back to the place you are and bringing your balance with you - and a profound sense of peace.

Random Thoughts
This weekend the clocks go back in England. I know they go back much sooner in the US now, but for me this weekend is a really appropriate time. We've passed the equinox, and goodness knows it is lighter here now; this morning I woke with light streaming into my bedroom window at 5am and reminded myself to close the shades before bed. It is the time that I am most conscious of light and the time of year to move out of our heads and into our bodies, out of our souls and into the world. I am going to spend this month focusing on one thing that I'd like to manifest for myself. Not for my husband, my son, or anyone else, but just for me. Starting today.

Meditation
Spend a few moments breathing deeply, eyes closed, calming your mind. Bring yourself to a place of absolute calm and peace. Feel that you are immersed in light, completely protected and safe.

Imagine that you open a door and you step out into a beautiful spring day, with the light so strong and so powerful that your body dissolves away and you become a part of it. The light is able to shift and move, and you can direct it into shapes. You mould the light into whatever you would like it be. As you hold it in light, you feel it becoming more and more real. You do this for as many things as you would like to bring into your life.

When you are ready, you bring your consciousness back to the place you are and bringing your creations with you, enjoying a renewed sense of power as well as deep gratitude.
